Mark Dobson has been with WSI since our inception in 1995. He has an extensive background in business development in several industries dating back to the early seventies. His knowledge of the development of human potential and the understanding of behavioral patterns has been instrumental in developing the WSI System over the course of the years in his previous role as VP of Franchise Development.
In November 2013, Mark became the new CEO of the WSI group of companies. With Mark’s extensive business experience and knowledge of the WSI system he has seamlessly stepped into the role of over seeing the day-to-day management operations of the business.

Chief Operating Officer, Valerie is responsible for providing support and education to the WSI global franchise system. She is also charged with managing the innovation of the WSI business model as a whole. Overall, Valerie works to ensure WSI Consultants are provided with the tools, systems and support they need to remain top amongst their competitors.
Valerie first joined WSI in 1999 and has served in a number of roles. Prior to this, she ran her own business and worked overseas in a number of countries. Valerie holds a Masters degree from the University of Toronto.

Since joining WSI in 2004, Rimma has been instrumental in the growth and development of the company through the various roles she has held which include Customer Service and Support Manager, Director of Franchise Operations, Director of Compliance and currently, Vice President of Global Operational Performance. Prior to WSI, Rimma held executive positions in five countries along with having started and operated three successful companies of her own. She oversees support, legal, regional and global events, billing and collections, and financial performance. She is an alumni of the Certified Franchise Executives program and is the corporate liaison for the International, the French and the Canadian Franchise Associations.

Michael Monaghan has had a long tenure within WSI holding several positions in the organization. From 1998 to 2012 he held the position of International Development Director where he played a leadership role in the franchise development team. From 2012 to 2015 Michael held the title of Director of Master Franchise Operations where he oversaw the WSI Master Franchise program. In 2016 Michael was promoted to Vice President of Field Operations where he now heads up the Franchise Business Coaching as well as leading the channel of WSI supplier partners.

Mauricio has a solid academic background, including an Engineering Degree, an MBA and a Master’s Degree in Communications Management from the University of Southern California.
Before the Internet was invented, Mauricio led several companies’ information systems strategy and implementation.
After occupying a “C” level position for years at the largest TV broadcasting company in Latin America (sales > $6 Billion), he moved to Vancouver where he sold and implemented Internet-based ERP applications for finance, manufacturing, and customer relationship management (CRM) for Oracle Corporation.
Later, he joined the world’s largest Digital Marketing company (WSI) where, for almost 20 years, he has assisted businesses in expanding their reach across Mexico, USA and Canada using Internet technologies. Alison has been part of the WSI Consultancy team since 2004, consistently a top 20 revenue earner within the WSI network. Prior to WSI, Alison worked for Farmers Insurance as the Director of Sales as well as the Director of Service Center Operations, amongst other positions in her 17-year tenure with the organization. She played an instrumental role in the restructuring of Farmers, ultimately resulting in a reduction from 19 service centers to one. She received both the Superior Service Award and Farmers’ Management Excellence Award during her course of employment. She holds a BSBA degree from Washington University in St. Louis – Olin Business School, and holds the CPCU Designation, ARP Designation and numerous certifications including Advanced Social Media and Adaptive SEO.
